What did I eat today? Welllllllllllll, I was proud of the -7.6 lbs and probably got a little greedy.

I had their special: Cioppino Seafood Stew and an IPA
This is where I went wrong. I also had Cream & Sugar Coffee ICE CREAM from Jeni’s ice cream. I wasn’t going to have anything but then . . . the moment with the family took me to the dessert of ice cream glory on a waffle cone.
Late Night
I enjoyed two more IPAs at the concert.
