morning babble / Monday 11-28-22
This is the scribble that leads to the babble. Sometimes, it gets tidied up; but other times, not so much. When all else fails: watch the video!
Welcome to the longest week of the year – I’m sorry – that’s just how it’s going to feel. Accept it and let’s take it on. However, I do hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend. Spend some money? Amazing how you could order some things and then that very afternoon – they were at the door. It was like pizza. Except for white Christmas lights – they have been delayed.
I did some personal shopping on Small Business Saturday – I hit up my local comic bookstore – Captain Blue Hen Comics for my stack of comic subscriptions that came in. Unfortunately, I did not have time to peruse around since there was a big college football game coming on that day. I then headed over to Rainbow Records, my local vinyl shop. And there, I did peruse.
34 days until EXIT PLAN
I did write. I’ll have a final tally for the month on Thursday. Again, not really sure about hitting 30,000 words for the book, but my daily routine of a minimum of 30 minutes writing has definitely been accomplished.
GOAL SETTING MONDAY –
Eat the Frog – we all got them. I have several today. Knock those out first and avoid that anxiety build-up which then affects your other work.
Please subscribe on YouTube and spread the Babble wherever you can – Thank you!
QUOTE OF THE DAY:
“If you won’t use your heart, who cares if it gets broken? Your heart might still be broken, but it isn’t gone. If it was gone, you wouldn’t be so nice.” – by Kevin McCallister, Home Alone
