My first 5K Race is coming up. How official is it? It’s on the family calendar.

That’s all I got for locking it in. I’m signed up for the Annual UnLocke the Night 5k in Newark, DE on Friday night, May 9th. This group helps those with mental health struggles. Their mission is to educate, assist, and support youth on their mental health journey.

I thought this was a good first 5K race for me this year. I ran.
