morning babble / Tuesday 03-01-22
This is the scribble that leads to the babble. Sometimes, it gets tidied up; but other times, not so much. When all else fails: watch the video!
Well, it’s March. But in particular it’s March 1st which is St. David’s Day –
St David is the patron saint of Wales and he is celebrated today. To mark the day, Welsh people around the world wear one or both of Wales’s national emblems – a daffodil and a leek. Special concerts and parades are also held in St David’s honor.

PODCAST TUESDAY!
A podcast that I have listened to a lot in the past and continuously revisit is The Rich Roll Podcast. With the Meatless March, I knew this was a good time to go back yet again. Today, I was listening to the one with Rip Esselstyn (click here) who has the company Plantstrong – all kinds of good, healthy foods. He’s a plant-based athlete.
Greg’s recipe – Sweet Potato Black Been Quesadillas
Ali’s recipe – detox salad recipe – tonight
Oh – last night – pasta and hot sausage. I did have a bag of beef jerky during the day, too.
Please subscribe on YouTube and spread the Babble wherever you can – Thank you!
QUOTE OF THE DAY:
