Black Coffee – 4 (1 cup = 4 oz)

1 cup of Frozen Blueberries

1 cup of Frozen Mangos

Snacks

1 cup of Frozen Pineapple

Dinner

Rigatoni Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Spicy, Sausage (yes – again)

(1) Glass of Red Wine

Also enjoyed an IPA from Vermont! (this was a treat for doing 18 push-ups during the Challenge)
