5K EVERY DAY

Yesterday, I talked about the difference between listening to Podcasts vs. Music while running. Today – it was all music. I needed the help to shove me along.

So yes – I ran.

Hoping to get outside this weekend for a run on the trails – Saturday appears to be a possibility. In the meantime, it’s all treadmills.

Still couldn’t do that. So, when I run my 5K, I begin at 2.0 Incline and 6.8 Speed. After 1 mile, I drop the incline to 1.0. After the 2nd mile, I drop the incline again to 0.0. With about 1/2 mile to go, I increase the speed to 7.2 to finish it out.
