I have Garmin watch and it monitors a “body battery” to help give you an idea of how your body is doing. I have a habit of checking it every morning because i want to see how well I apparently slept. Today, I woke up with a 100% filled up body battery. I still would have much rather gone back to bed than run that 5K.

Why Star Wars? Well, after today’s 5K run, it was a Star Wars Corn Bag that I heated up. Still smelling like popcorn – delicious. But I did run.
